Vomiting+miscarriage??

I would be 5 weeks tomorrow and I just found out I'm having a miscarriage but I'm throwing up and still have all my pregnancy symptoms.  Also found out my hCG level was 4! Should I go to the hospital and be monitored or and I just over worrying about things.  I don't know if I should be worried that I'm throwing up or not!  Help!??

Yes at 2 pm they did my lab and I didn't start bleeding till 11am this morning.
