Waist trainers?!?
do they actually work??? I don't want a freakishly small stomach or waist or anything, just anything to speed up getting back to a decent size and maybe without all the loose skin!
Yeah, they can cause problems if they're overused I think... But for just like a month after pregnancy? I know some women use them religiously and I feel like that's not good, but I will definitely do some more research!
Read up on it . I was considering getting one before becoming pregnant and changed my mind after I read up on it because they say it can cause help problems .
