If you like cucumbers cut up some and put it in your water it tastes soooo good. I have trouble getting my water intake also I've never been a fan of it I've always preferred soda but with this pregnancy for some reason I can't drink soda it makes me nauseous just thinking about it LOL
U can try a slice of lemon, orange, lime or whatever to give it some flavor.
You can eat or drunk anything. Just be careful and not to much i drink gatorade because i don't like water. Sweet tea is fine but don't forget your milk during the day as well.
I use mio in my water. it has been a god send. water was like the only thing that made me sick to my stomach, and adding mio was the only thing that helped.
It's not bad. I drink coffee everyday and eat what ever I want. Moderation is the key.
