Your doing great right on track I'd say. My baby was 12 oz at my 5 month ultra sound. And I just noticed I put 36 weeks that was a mistake. I'm 37+4.. at the end those weeks are precious.. counting the days down lol.
Ask her what she is basing the weight gain on??? 20 to 30 lbs weight gain is normal for the full pregnancy I can't imagine u needing to have gained 25 lbs at 28wks. I lost 15lbs and have gained back 20 so in reality I only gained 5 lbs and I'm about to be 29wks in 2 days and my doctor isn't worried. My baby is strong and healthy and no concerns.
Thats weird that she said that. Maybe it was because over the last 2wks I didnt gain anything? Im not sure
I weigh 131 I started at 118. I havent had an ultrasound to tell me the weight if the baby since she was 7oz at 4 months. I asked yesterday if I'd get anymore ultrasounds and she said only if she had any concerns
My dr told me that throughout a healthy pregnancy you should gain 20-25 lbs. That is gor the full 9 months. I'd say you're okay :)
That's crazy. I would not worry about it.
What?? 25 pds at 28 weeks thats bologna babe I'm sry to tell you! I was 169 pds. When I first went to doc after finding out I was pregnant. I'm 177 now and 36+3 weeks. In fact had lost weight only a pound a couple times when went for my check ups they told me that it want u common. My doctor is not concerned at all. My baby is approximately 6 1/2 pds right now and they gain about a 1/2 pd. a week the last month. Granted I am a lil over weight so baby had room and fat to live on I guess you can say. Can I ask how much you weigh and have you had an ultrasound giving you an approximate weight of your baby?
