Weird question

sobjust starting today! I feel like I can't get enough to drink! I was drinking lots and lots of water a day but my doctor told me to decrease my water and increase my caffeine and salt intake b.c I am blacking out 4 times a weeks I'm also going to see a cardiologist later this week... I can't figure out why I am so thirsty or feel like I can't get enough to drink of something! I've tried water, coke, dr pepper, apple juice and still feel like I'm dying of thirst! What can I do?!

No haven't been checked yet in they did find sugar in my urine though when I went in after I blacked out b.c wanted to make sure baby was okay and did blood work on it but said blood work came back normal but I'm seeing a cardiologist on Thursday this week b.c I keep blacking out 4 times a week and so idk if they are going to go ahead and do a glucose testing or not early to find out I don't go back to ob till June 1st. He wants me to watch my sugar and add more caffeine and salt to my diet

I was just wondering. My mother had excessive thirst and was diagnosed with diabetes last year.

What about adding some Gatorade or powerade? I know if you drink a lot of water it can take away your electrolytes. Try some Gatorade through out the day as well!

Have you tried gum? I was dying of thirst for a few weeks and it seemed like I was drinking a gallon a day. I just pushed through it because I live in the desert i figured it had something to do with that. Just keep drinking water and make sure you eat with it. I doubt you'll overdose on water but it is actually possible.
