I agree with the other two ladies. I have had no discernible discharge during pregnancy but did before during ovulation and such. Some women will have spotting during pregnancy, pink, brown (old blood), ect...but just because they do have it, doesn't mean that they are pregnant. You need to take a HPT or talk to your obgyn.
I agree with Joy. You can usually tell when ovulation is about to occur because of an increase in egg white discharge (it actually bears a frightening resemblence to egg whites!) but discharge is not an actual sign of pregnancy. I've had lots of discharge near AF, and not been pregnant, and then when I actually became pregnant, I had lots LESS discharge than normal.
Having discharge is not indicative of pregnancy. If your period is due or late you can take a pregnancy test.
