go to the doctors asap and give them a urine sample.  they will be able to give you the best route of meds possible and the safest.

Drink plenty of fluids until you can see your doctor.  Is there an after hours clinic in your area you can visit?  Cranberry juice might help but you need to drink the REAL juice not the cranberry flavored drink since that is loaded w/ sugar and very little cranberry juice.

You definitely need to get some antibiotics from your doctor asap. UTIs are common during pregnancy but can cause serious problems if not treated immediately. I had  UTI during my first trimester, was prescribed Macrobid, and it was gone in a couple days. Best wishes!

I had chronic UTIs when i was pregnant with my daughter, so bad that it spread to my kidneys. The only thing I was ever told I could take for it since I was pregnant was Macrobid. You should call your doctor tomorrow and ask about the Macrobid. Also try drinking cranberry juice, or if you can't stand it (i can't) try the OTC cranberry pills, they should help just the same as the juice. I forget exactly how its supposed to help but it does. Good Luck!
