pregnancies are based off of the last day of your last menstrual cycle....there is absolutely no way of knowing when babies were exactly conceived because of the unknowns involved in sperm meeting egg, fertilization and then implantation

So even with the results of my scans there is still no way of knowing? thoughdating scans were very accurate.
it is really difficult to know the exact days of ovulation because there are so many unknowns....even women who have exact concrete cycle lengths do not know the exact day they conceived because implantation can take 7-10 days and sperm can survive for 5 days prior to implantation....its quite confusing but there are at least 12-14 days that can vary
