What date did i conceive?

My last lmp was the 11th March but my periods are very irregular. I had intercourse on the 9th and the 15th of April and did a positive test on the 7th of May. When i had my dating ultrasound it said i was 12 weeks 3 days pregnant and that my due date will be the 27th of December which i worked out i conceived on the 5th of April. I recently had my abnormality scan on the 15th of August when i was 20 weeks 6 days and the baby measured 21 weeks 3 days. Still confused on to what day i conceived? any ideas?

pregnancies are based off of the last day of your last menstrual cycle....there is absolutely no way of knowing when babies were exactly conceived because of the unknowns involved in sperm meeting egg, fertilization and then implantation

So even with the results of my scans there is still no way of knowing? thoughdating scans were very accurate.

it is really difficult to know the exact days of ovulation because there are so many unknowns....even women who have exact concrete cycle lengths do not know the exact day they conceived because implantation can take 7-10 days and sperm can survive for 5 days prior to implantation....its quite confusing but there are at least 12-14 days that can vary
