you should go see your Dr right away. when i was pregnant with my first, I started having a lot of discharge like excessive having to change a panty linner all the time and called my Dr office. they told me to come in right away and i did when I got there i was dialated to 3cm  and have contraction every 3 minutes that i could'nt feel they said all the excessive fluid was from dialation. you could also be leaking water which you still want to see a Dr right away, as you fluid can get to low and cause problems or casue preterm labor. Good luck

You're changing your PANTS or your UNDERPANTS??
Cuz if it's enough to soak thru and get your pants wet I'm assuming your water is broken and you NEED to go to the hospital RIGHT AWAY.
Don't wait for a doc's apt if you're leaking fluid you need to go to the hospital because once your water is broken your baby is prone to infection!

If it's just your underwear, it could still be a slow leak in your water and I would still get it checked out by your doctor. If you say you think your water might be leaking they should schedule you in for an emergency test right away. My doc's do that if there's a complication.
It could also be a slow bladder leak.
I gatta wear pads all day everyday because ever since I was about 5 months with my daughter, my bladder has a constant trickle and I can't control it.
My daughter just turned a year old 2 weeks ago, I'm 36 weeks with my son now, and it's only gotten worse the farther along I get. lol

I would just go see your doc just incase.
Better to be safe than sorry.

I am only 24 weeks pregnant, but when I go to the  doctors, they always tell me that if I have lots of fluid/discharge, to come in or call right away.  Even if it is not fluid leakage, it could be a sign of an infection.  I would call the doctor and let them access the situation.  Best of luck to you!
