I just thought that since I haven't been on MedHelp much the past year, and there seem to be posts about people feeling "left out," Maybe we could do another "roll call?" If you don't want to participate, no biggie. I am just wondering what the frequent MedHelp posters these days are about? Are you ttc, pregnant, how many children do you have, etc?

I'm Laura, I have 1 child, a boy named Jaxson, he is 22.5 months and is pretty healthy and happy. His Father & I are together, but not married. We recently moved across the country from MA to WI.. We have no immediate plans for another child, as we are both "older" I am 32 y/o my DB is 46 y/o .. We have an obnoxious dog, and are in the process of buying a house. I am a SAHM, but am hoping to return to the work force ASAP.

My name is Stacey :-) I'm 23 and have been married to my hubby fro 2 years :-) I'm originally from London, but went to LA for music and thats where I met my hubby. he's a cali boy ;-)

I don't work at all and my hubby only works 5months out of the year so we have ALLOT of free time :-) we just bought our first house and have been trying for 3 months for baby number one. :-)

I have the best lil doggie in the world, he is a chocolate pommy, I called him coco and everyone thought that was a girls name hehe, but I like it for a boy :-)

hi, Im Dakota. Ive been on here for a little over a month. I'm 19 years old and currently 18w 3d pregnant. We tried for our little blessing for 6 months or so. We were even told That i could not have children but here we are :) and it was all natural. I find out the sex on dec 4. I have been with my fiance a little over a year but we've been friends for years and always talked about how we'd get married and settle down together but back then it just wasn't time. I already own my own house and car which is the smartest thing ive ever done. Its so releaving knowing this is where i'll live for the next 30 or so years. My younger siblings live with me too. Ive raised them and Conley loves them just as much. This is our first and I'm sooo excited!! I currenly work a 45-50 hr week and I love my job. Will take maternity leave when the baby comes and then will return to work after. sorry its so long. Don't have many friends anymore. Most people my age go out and party all the time etc. I like to go out occasionally but i love being a parent to my siblings and being with my fiance all the time. I cannot wait until i can be a real mom to my own child, plus having the blessing of having an extra 2 which arent exactly mine but pretty much  :)

My name's Jen, too (obviously) and I am expecting my 5th and final baby in June.  I joined medhelp in 2008 when I conceived my 4th child immediately after a m/c.  So glad I found this site!  
I have a daughter and three sons.  Don't care at all what baby #5 is!  
I work as a teacher and love my summers off. :)

I'm Jen from Ontario, Canada and I'm 32. My husband - he's nearly 10 years older than I am - have been married for 5.5 years.  We have 2 little guys:  Daniel, who's 4 and just started Junio Kindergarten, and Gil who's 10 months old.  We aren't planning on expanding our family; in fact, DH is going to the urologist for a consult about a vasectomy later this month.

I'm currently on maternity leave and will be until the new year.  I've worked for the same, large international insurance company for the last 9.5 years.  Not the most glamorous job, but I like it.

Hi - my name is Amanda. I am 29 and have been ttc since October 25, 2008 when I married the man of my dreams. We were together for 9 years before getting married - I know, a LONG time! I've had undiagnosed PCOS for many years and was officially diaganosed after a massive cyst burt in 2005. We finally concieved in May of this year, but it was an ectopic pregnancy. After A LOT of prayer from family, friends, and my church we were able to concieve again in Augsut of this year.  

Anyways, I am now a bit over 17 weeks pregnant with a BEAUTIFUL little girl. This is our first child and we are SO excited!

Hi I'm Jessica. I am a 22 year old single mom and have a 6 year old son named Ryan and a 4 year old daughter named Savannah. I am currently 39 weeks 4 days pregnant with a baby boy which is such a new experience as my 2 were born at 26 and 27 weeks gestation so I'm starting to feel like I'm gonna be pregnant forever! I'm already 4cm dilated and have been trying to get things going by lots of walking and bouncing on an exercise ball but nothing helps do anything but make my ankles or muscles hurt. My kids are so excited for a baby and ask every day when he's coming. My daughter likes to sing to my belly and poke it to fine the hard spots where he is.

Helllllooooo, my name is Cheryl, I am 24 years old and live in Toronto, Canada. I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy Fynn September 27 of this year. He is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me! These past two months have been awesome. I live with my boyfriend of 6 1/2 years. I am going back to work on the 12 to help out with the christmas rush, I can;t wait. I know its been only 2 months but I am ready for social interaction, plus waiting on the government for my maternity pay is taking way to long. I am also applying to my local school board for a job in Sept 2011.....heres hoping!!!!! I miss working with children, it has always been my passion and I am so ready to get back into it!

Hi everyone! My name is Jessica, and i am 22 years old. My husband and I have been together over 5 years now. We got married this past June and can't wait to start our family. We have been ttc for two months now. Hopefully this is our month, but if not, we have plenty of time! I am a fourth grade teacher and a dance coach, so I stay pretty busy. Hi there ladies!  I am 27 years old and after one miscarriage and 34 months I got my BFP right after my birthday this year. I am due Feb 16th. I do have a rare arthriic condition of the spine and 2 compression fractures in my spine plus a pelvic fracture which has made this pregnancy interesting. I work part time and am working on my dissertation to complete my PhD in Clinical Psych i also have my masters of arts in psych as well. My husband and I have been married four years and our due date for this baby is the 10 year anniversary of our first date :). We also have three dogs (small medium and large). I am also the Co-community leader for the Feb 2011 Babies forum. If you are due in Feb come join us! :)

Hi. This is a great idea since we are all tough women and have been through ups and downs!!! My name is leyisel and i am 21 years old, married since february 14th( this yr) this is my second pregnancy. The first one was rough on me. My baby had down syndrome and other health issues, he was stillborn jun 16 and God only knows why... We have been married for 2 years, and have been together for nearly 7 years. We have 2 dogs and a cat. He is a web designer and I am a hair stylist. My cute little family consist of my DF(25) and his 2 daughters(3 and 5!) We've been together for 2 years now. I've been ttc for 7 months now with no luck. I'm going in after the 1st of the year(insurance issues) to see if I have PCOS. I'm hoping I don't and that I get my BFP soon. :)

hi everyone my name is kelly i live in sunny england with my gorgeous family which consists of my DF we have been toghether 13 years and are just happy been engaged we have 4 gorgeous kids 3 boys and a girl oldest boy 13yrs second boy 12 yrs 3rd boy 9 yrs and 4th girl 6years we also have 2 mad dogs lol ,we run our own buisness (a barbers shop) which is doing very well and has been for 8 years now we decided we was gunna ttc round summertime so i went and had my implant removed i went 2 cycles and got my BFP sadly things dont seem to be going to plan this week as i started to bleed brown and red blood from last fridaybut on the up side i had a scan today and it showed a gestational sac that was the right size for my dates just gotta go bk next week to see if its a slow grower or a non grower well after my little sound off post earlier i hope we can become good frieds and help each other with any probs we may be getting. good luck to those ttc congrats to those preg welcome newbies and hello the oldies :)

My name is Chantal, I am 24 years old and have been married for 4 years now. I have also been a member here for almost 4 years. ( I love you ladies!!)
I suffered 2 miscarriages in 2007, then had my healthy baby boy in 2008. When Jeremiah was 8 months old, I fell preggo again (total surprise!) and had my second baby boy in 2009. Jesse was born with a rare liver disease and needed a transplant. He did not receive one in time and just passed away Aug. 1, 2010 at 10 months old. Jeremiah misses his best friend! BUT I just found out (to our surprise again!! haha) that I am preggo. It's tough with so many emotions running through me and a tough year, but I am happy and hoping this pregnancy continues to go well. I am due July 7, 2011. I am a SAHM and LOVE it! :)  Nice to meet you all and catch up with everyone! <3

I am so sorry to hear of your losses, ladies.. No words can express how truly sorry I am for those of you whom had to endure a miscarriage. So devastating and my heart breaks for you all.

Ashelen, you are crazy!! Put you to shame? Pssha! =)   I have just been pretty incognito on this board for the past 12 months+ so I was feeling like I didn't really *know* anyone. It helps when I kinda have a feel for people and what they are going through personally for me. I guess I feel more "online connected."

Alaysha & Heather, I am SOO with you two.. I can NOT wait to get a J-O-B.. I always thought being a SAHM was my "dream.." I was WRONG.. so wrong. I am going crazy and I need an outlet for me. Being a SAHM isn't for me, (or whimps!!) =D

Desting & Katie- GL on your ttc journey. My sister is currently ttc and I know it can be very emotional and difficult. BEST of luck to you both!

I am Destani I am 28 and we our ttc for number 3 I had a miscarriage on Nov the 14th and have already began ttc...we have two girls ages 3 and 2 and this baby would be our last one...I work but will become a sahm once I get close to delivery and I go to school and plan on working in a different field once the kids get older! Hi, all!!! My name is Ivy, I'm 25 years old, been married for over 3 years and I have two perfect babies. My daughter is named Kahlan Syana and she turned 2 in September. My little boy is named Grey Joseph and he will turn 5 months old on the 14th (he was born in July). We live in North Florida and have our own house with a big yard (which is soon going to have a swing set and a pool...big Christmas presents ;) ).

We are planning to TTC #3 this time next year, but AF is 3 almost 4 days late at this point so maybe my plans are going to be made for me LOL. I will be testing on saturday. My husband is a landscaper at the local University, and I am a Stay-at-home-Mom who does a bit of writing (technical, freelance, and novelic) and editing from home, and I will be starting a nannying job coming up in another week which will be nice because we're going to have extra money just in time for Christmas :). We're going to pick up a new puppy today, and then friday we're going to pick up another puppy and a kitten at a kill shelter in Georgia. We also have 4 birds (3 of which are rescues) however our oldest female cockatiel is not doing well today and I'm afraid she might pass soon :(.

But I am an obnoxiously upbeat person and I love everything about my life even the bad parts!!! I was also recently honored with the title of Co-Community Leader of this community and I am here to be support for anyone who needs it EVER. message me and I will do my best to help you through whatever it is you need, and if you have ANY complaints about the board contact me or a moderator and we can hopefully make things right :)
