What is the difference between pregnancy tests? As in blue dye and pink dye. I never realized there was a difference in dye colours. Is one more sensitive then the other? If so, what makes it more sensitive?

I never realized there was a difference. Guess I just never thought of it or paid attention either.

I'm hoping to use one in a couple weeks. And getting a BFP. I hate waiting! I'm very impatient

best dye test has to be first response pink dye or clear blue but thats blue dye there the most accurate. clear blue don't give evap lines. :-D let us no how you get on lynne.

Pink Dye tests would be the Answer brands, Dollar Store tests, First Response, etc. Blue Dye are the EPT tests, Equate, etc. It's easy to tell when you go looking. Pink dye tests will have pink lines on the box, blue dye is blue ones.

So which brands would be pink dye tests? And which brands would be blue dyes?

the pink dye tests are easier to read.....i have seen numerous post about evap lines with blue dye tests and so i stay away from them

my test of choice is FRER or Answer....both have never been wrong for me
