When did you start having sex after your BFP?

Ok so i am terrified to have sex now that i am pregnant. I am 11 weeks and my husband has had a lot of patience about this. I have had 2 miscarriages and Im just scared that having sex could cause me to have another one. Which I know is stupid, but i just want everything to be perfect. My husband understands but is ready for it! So my question is when did you start having sex after you found out you were pregnant?

Enjoy it now hun because you will not want it later lol.  I'm 36 weeks and I have so many pains and aches... sex is the last thing on my mind these days.  Keep in mind that you can't have sex for a while after you give birth either.  Just tell your husband to be gentle.  LOL.  Anita

We never stopped. My midwife said as long there is no spotting or anything, there should be nothing to worry about. I have had 2 miscarriages so I know it is scary. I thought we should stop for the first trimester after I had my second m/c....but I couldn't do that to my husband! lol. Unless your doc tells you to hold off, go for it! =) I just wouldn't be rough though...save that for the end of your pregnancy! LOL It helps you go into labor. ;)

We never stopped!  LOL.  I have lost 3 before this pregnancy so I understand your concern.  Its safe as long as you don't have rough sex.  Anita
