The milk comes after the baby is born. You have colostrum now. Some women are just lucky and don't leak before baby is born.  I wasn't one I started leaking at 17 weeks

There is a hormone that is released during labor call oxytocin and this hormone does many things, such as enabling the milk to flow once you've given birth. So don't worry, you'll be all set! :)

Your milk comes in 2-4 days after delivery. Doesn't matter how baby comes out, natural, induced, or c section.

It may take time but just don't give up. You can breastfeed her.

With my first pregnancy I never leaked or anything showing my breasts were going to produce milk. I had my son and had him start sucking and he got the clear stuff and my milk came about 2 days later. Same with this pregnancy 36+5 and no sign of milk just flappy boobies LOL. I think some women's bodies produce more quicker than others
