When will I go into labor

Ok ladies, this poll is strictly for fun. The waiting game is driving me crazy, especially since I went into pre-term labor at 32 weeks 6 days, so it's like "You are about to have your baby!!!---- JK! Not quite yet."

So I thought it would be fun to have you guys guess when I will go into actual labor (have my baby).

Symptoms:
3 to 4cm dilated since August 12th
60% effaced (last I knew)
Lots of pressure on pelvis/vagina area
Lots of vaginal mucus day of Sept. 7th (mucus plug?)
Headaches past couple of days

As of today I am 36 weeks 6 days (though I've been measuring ahead by 1 week and a day).

So I guess I've been in early labor since Saturday, with contractions about 10 to 12 min apart. The worst part is they've been all in my back accompanied by a constant strong nausea...the combination is immobilizing. So I went to my doc today because I was so miserable last night--I spent from 1a.m. until 5:30 in and out of the bath tub to lessen the back pain. I was really hoping she could do something to speed up my labor and when she said she would sweep my membranes I almost cried I was so relieved....I can't take another night like the last two. Oh, and I've progressed to almost 5cm!

So lets hope that membrane sweep helps speed things along!!! I need lots of labor dust!!!! Thanks ladies :-)

Thanks for the suggestions :)  Yeah, I went in to work early today to bounce on one of those big exercise balls and one of my coworkers walked into the workout room and about had a heart attack when she saw me doing that, lol. So I think I will stick to walking and sex--which dear hubby doesn't know yet but I plan on having sex at least every other day until baby gets here, lol. Hopefully I will have the energy to go for a nice long walk tomorrow :-) I kind of gave up on walking because it didn't seem to be doing anything but now that I'm farther along I feel more confident.

Effacement is what counts. Once you hit 100% you're on your way and will dilate much quicker. Bounce on a birth ball, go on walks, have sex (if you can; easier said than done at this point!!!). The more baby's head grinds on your cervix the more it should efface and dilate.

Made a tiny little bit more progress. Doc says I am now officially at 4cm and 70% effaced! I also lost more of my mucus plug Monday (ewww) and have been having a lot more discharge, which doc says is normal as my cervix changes :)

So hopefully labor happens soon!! Cross my fingers x

You want baby in there as long as possible, so I hope you do make it to at least 38, but I say you'll have baby at 39 weeks!
