Ok....my first vote was for LandON but then I revisited this to see what everyone was saying, and I kind of like LandYN...I would spell it like you want it pronounced...

Land: ON for the un sound like under
YN/IN for the in sound like into
EN for the en sound like enjoy
AN for the an sound like bandanna

Just my opinion =)

Dont worry bout how other peeps will mispell or misunderstand the name. My name is only three letter 3 thats it and no1 can spell it!! I dont know how hard it is to spell J-O-Y but i always get called something else the pizza peeps put me down as Troy and the mail lady called me Abby lol!! So point taken spell it however you like! I like the one you picked!

My cousin named her son Landen, and this was teh reason for her spelling.

Landan (he can be called Dan)

Landon (he can be called Don)

So she spelled is Landen!

Don't want to sway the votes - in case others haven't voted yet, But I think it's neat the spelling we were leaning toward was Landen - but didn't know if everyone would misspell it as Landon which is the more common spelling - that was my only hesitation.

Someone made a great point about pronouncement! My daughter's name is Elaina (uh-lane-uh) but her great grandma calls her elaine-uh with a HUGE emphasis on the ELAINE part (drives me absolutely NUTS).

I love this name. If I ever have a boy, I may have to steal it. I voted for the first option, Landon. I think it's very romantic...good choice!

Well, it depends do you want his name to be pronounced as LanDEN or LanDON, it is a tiny difference but still a difference.

Landin reminds me of "he is landin the plane" so I don't favor that one. I don't really like Landan.

They could all be pronounced differently so I would go with the one that is pronounced the way you want the name to be said.
