Will I EVER Get Pregnant????

I am 22 and for the last 8 months my fiance and I have been giving it our ALL to get pregnant.... and nothing!  So I went to the doctor and she diagnosed me with Secondary Amenorrhea.  I have not had a period in so many months I LOST COUNT!  All I remember is last year.... I only had 3.  I have been off my birth control pill since January of 2009.  I want to know how to treat this, how to start ovulating.  My blood tests come back as normal, yet every month I cramp and bloat like Im going to menstrate but I never do.  I even break out and wanna eat all the food in the house, but I never get a period.  I had an ultrasound too and that came back normal, no cysts, no infections, no scarring, nothing!  Should I drink the FertiliTea? Take FertiliAid? Or should I have my OBGYN medicate me?  They gave me meds to force a period, and it worked, I think. I bled for about 4 days and then it stopped and that was 3 months ago.  They said it should have continued each month following but since Im not testing positive for anything odd they dont want to treat me with that many hormones again. Since my diagnosis I have gained 20 pounds.... really cute right? NO!  I CAN NOT LOSE IT either.  On the up side my breasts got much larger, but so did my hips. I have lost some vision and most of my hearing as well.  Tumor?  Well I had an MRI whiched showed nothing.  I cant be this young and falling apart at this rate.  HELP!
My ultimate fear is my fiance will leave me because I might be unable to ever give him a child......

Have you had an HSG?  this is when the doc's put blue dye inside you to see if your tubes are blocked etc if the ultrasound is what i think it is that i've had done it doesn't show much in great detail.  I was told during this my tubes and ovaries were fine but when i went for the HSG i was told the dye hadn't left my right tube either because of a blockage or just not enough dye inside me to pass through.

I would seriously consider speaking to a fertility specialst and i know it's hard but try and stay a little stress free, i know i've been there and still am 31 months later with no explanation as to why i've not conceived.  I seriously hope things work out for you and you get your BFP sometime this year i wish you all the luck in the world!!!

Have you had your thyroid checked?  Hypothyroidism cab cause weight gain, problems conceiving as well as a list of other problems.  This can be easily corrected.

An OBGYN isn't as knowledgeable in fertility diagnosis and treatment. I'd ask for a referral to a fertility specialist.
