I mean its not too painful I guess IM not use to the feeling I have a  docs appt this weekend but Im just wondering if anyone else felt this. I was thinking maybe something  is stretching . I know my body is changing could this be similar to like growing pains??

When you lay flat it adds pressure to your uterus and also can cut off oxygen supply to the baby once you are father along.

I'm am 17 weeks and 6 days and I have the same thing I was told it's just my uterus growing and ligament pain which is normal. Try laying on your left side rather then your back and when you are on your back sit up high instead of flat. I hope this works.
