I worked at Chillis when I was pregnant with my first, and if you've never been to one they load up big trays with the plates and you carry it all out at once, around 25 weeks I was having contractions every 5  minutes and after that I had to cut back my working and was not allowed to carry them anymore. I don't know how much they weighed..

It is generally no more than 25-35 pounds while pregnant, but it's not usually a concern until later pregnancy. This is because your center of gravity changes and you're more likely to hurt yourself. In early pregnancy, there is next to no limitations on what you can do.

Usually what I've been told the limit is for lifting while pregnant is 25lbs (although some women lift more with no problem)...my daughter is 28.5lbs and my son is right around 26lbs and I still lift them...but 35lbs? this would definitely need to be something to ask your doctor

Maybe you could be switched to a different duty, or lift the tubs with fewer dishes on each trip? it might be a pain, but better safe than sorry.

Again this is one I would ask your doctor - you wouldn't want to take any risks. You can call your OB and they should be able to let you know over the phone.
