Baby takes what it needs from you, pre natals are more to boost your supply that baby is zapping so you don't get low in iron etc

I continously forgot to take my prenatals with my son and he's perfectly healthy! Don't stress it but when you remember, take them for the reassurance.

You are fine with my 1st pregnancy I took them for a month then stopped because I couldn't  Stand the smell or taste and baby was healthy
