Yeast Infection... need help

So the past week I have been burning and ichy and I felt like i was leaking... so I asked my doc and he said it sounded like a yeast infection so he said use monistat-7 well I did and the yeast infection is still there... is there anything else I can do?

I had a yeast infection at the beginning of my pregnancy and my doctor prescribed a one day treatment called Gynazole. Even with health insurance it's pricey but it was worth the money in my eyes, one day and gone. I haven't had any problems since.

I had a yeast infection at the beginning of my pregnancy, the doc told me to use either the monistat 1 day or 3 day.  Said they are stronger, and the 7 day may not be as effective since it is a longer time frame with not as strong of medicine in it.  I did the 3 day and it worked wonders.

canesten cream and pessary is safe for use in pregnancy - ive had thrush 3 times :(

At first my pharmacits tokld me i could only use the cream but doc said pessry (when used carefully) is harmless!!

Relief!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh and eat lots of live yoghurt! Itl stop the darned thing coming back :)

I would go back to your doc hun and explain that the Monistat 7 hasnt worked and hopefully he will prescribe something stronger for you.
