See a doctor it could be a STD the symptoms from a yeast infection are the same as some STD I thought. I had a yeast infection turned out to be chlamydia I was so mad because my bf was with someone else and gave it to me but it goes away within a week

I was told NOT to take the pill form only the supository (sc). I also wasn't to sure abt the cream just out of personal fear. Like others have said it is completely normal.

Just tell him it's a yeast rash...it's similar to jock itch so you can use that to describe it to him.

Oh! I almost forgot! DO NOT HAVE SEX! It will transfer the bacteria back and forth, and it will make him feel like is willy is going to fall off and run away! Don't have sex until it is all gone!!!!

Yeah I got one and it sucked, so I bought some monastat cream stuff... 3 days later I was covered in hives from head to toe and I had to be rushed to the ER because my throat was swelling up. The next day, I found out I'm pregnant. Doctor told me never to use monastat again, ever. It was all kind of a funny ordeal. But def ask your doctor first.

it wont go away by its self i went almost my entire pergnancy with one bevause i was too embarrassed to tell dr until i started to get really itchy down there i had no idea what it was but i couldnt take the itchy part if you tell your dr they can give you a Rx for it... they give you ine or two pills.... she told me to take one and symptoms should start to go away instantly then she told me if i felt like i needed to take the other pill i did anyways just to be sure it was all gone have had any problems since.... but its nothing like an std and completely normal in pregnancy especially if you have recently taken antibiotics

Yeast infections are common in pregnancy. Most women get at least 1 when they're pregnant. It's not an STD at all. It won't go away by itself, it will just get worse and harder to shift if left untreated. Best to speak to your doctor/midwife about it and they'll give you a prescription to treat it. You need to be careful, sometimes the treatments for yeast infections can be different when you're pregnant so always best advising your doctor first.
