Yellow fever vaccine/Anti Malaria tablets and Pregnancy

My period is late and leading up to it I have cramps (five days now) but still no period.  I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but i feel pregnant.  It is highly unlikely that I can be pregnant because it was not even close to the time of ovulation when I has sex.

What I'm so nervous about now is that I just got the yellow fever vaccination and I have to take anti-malaria tablets because I'll be travelling for one week starting next week. I plan on buying another pregnancy test and I pray that my period comes because if i turn out to be pregnant then I can put the baby at risk.  I feel so stressed right now because I must go to this country.

Guess what...my period came.  I'm a little disappointed, but God knows best and in His time. I think I'll wait until the end of the year to try again and I'll look forward to being pregnant too.

You are more than welcome.
If it not come You can also test again through urine as another week should be enough time for it to show up but the blood test is definately the best.

Thanks...I took another pregnancy test and it was negative.  My period hasn't come as yet but I think it will come...if it doesn't come in the next week or two then I will see a doctor.

It is possible for You to be pregnant still as a negative reading can still be given in an early pregnancy. It is probably best if You get a blood test done from your doctor to find out as the blood test is the most accurate.
