What do you do for acne any lotion or anything???

I use the clay mask avacado and oatmeal mask. It works pretty good :)

Benzoyl peroxide cream 5% and under is okay
Less than 5% salycilic acid is considered safe as well
Just research whatever you are using to see if its safe to use during pregnancy. I was so surprised to see what was not considered safe!
Oh And the queen helene mint julep mask is awesome for drying up pimples and feels minty on your face(:

I've been using just plain orange dial antibacterial soap for acne on my face and it helps.
