advice

I'm just lounging on the sofa and all of a sudden I'm getting pains in my lower back.. I haven't done any extraneous activity or anything out of the norm but the pain is there and then it disappears.

Keep in mind as we get further into pregnancy everything continues to shift including our spine and our internal center of gravity. Pelvic/hip pain spinal pain rib cage tightness difficulty breathing can all be very common symptoms as baby gets bigger... I'm 26&5 and it doesn't water if I work or am off for the day I am constantly sore and feel like I have a boa constrictor around my chest but it's normal

I get sharp pains/spasms often. Or i did earlier on. How far along are you? I believed mine to mostly be related to just things moving around and stretching in there.. joints muscles and things.. plus baby is taking a lot of nutrients which means your own muscles may not be getting what they need as well.
