36W and 5d.today went to the doctor and say i was 50% efaced and i was wondering how can i speed the process

You should not be trying to speed things up at this point of your pregnancy. You're not even full-term right now. 37+ weeks is full term, but your baby can be pleasantly happy inside your uterus until 42 weeks. Unless you have a medical condition where you are unable to carry a baby full-term, or until the baby chooses to come on its own, take a deep breath and try to enjoy the last few weeks of pregnancy before your life changes. Some women who experience the hardest pregnancies in life end up missing the feeling of being pregnant at some point.

I'm going to say the same thing I said on your last post when you said you were 37 weeks its to early for your baby to come. You need to wait and you don't need to speed anything up. Your baby could have serious problems if you induce now. Being a mother means putting their needs above your own discomfort.

Lots of walking, and at 50% effaced casteroil in yogurt or an egg works like 95% of the tkme
