boost. it works WONDERS!!! that and green tea. i was having the same fatigued feeling and not being able to even move after 11 am because i'd be so tired. my ob said that boost is a really good nutirtional drink that has that extra energy boosting nutrients in it. i've been drinking it for almost 3 weeks now (one every morning) and i'm good all day and at bed time (usually around 9-10 pm) i'm ready to go to sleep. and green tea is just naturally energizing and has antioxidants in it. so both REALLY help me out.
try walking around the parking lot for 10 minutes, it should re-energize you until you can go home and drink some cold icy water. Limit the sweets and bread stuff as that will make you have a carb-coma
That is how I feel. I feel so run down. I want to take a relaxing bath and then go to bed early tonight, but it seems like no matter how early I go to bed, it's just not enough to make it through the day.
I wish I new that answer Im just out of 1st trimester and Im so tired when I get home from work I dont wanna cook, clean or anything but take a bath and sleep!
