I am so sorry to hear about your loss...I also mc my little one this past Oct at 21 weeks.....I am still producing milk and is due to the body  releasing the hormone that produces the milk because the baby is out....best wishes

Milk will not be produced until after baby is born.  A pregnant women can produce colostrum while pregnant but this wont normally occur until the 2nd trimester at the earliest.

You milk is likely from your previous pregnancy - it can take months (sometimes even over a year) for milk to dry up.

At 6 DPO, you would not experience pregnancy symptoms as implantation likely hasnt even occurred yet.

Im so sorry to here of your previous loss and really hope you get a BFP soon.

You would not be getting milk at 6dpo. Esp since it is much to early for any type of pregnancy hormones. I also doubt it would be from your termination.  I would speak to your doctor about it.
