am i pregnant

my last period started june 22 of last month only for 3 days

i took 7 pregnancy at home test all showed up positive
on july 28 i went too the doctors office they also took a pregnancy test that was positive
the doctor wanted me to have an ultrasound done that day too see how far along i was
the tech who did my ultra sound said she only say the gestational sac but couldnt see the baby
the nurse told my mom that it may of been to early too tell
when should i start taking my prenatal vitamins and im still waiting to here back from the doctor about my results on the blood test i have to see the obgyn on august 4th i was wondering if they only see the sac does that mean im pregnant still or not

You should start taking prenatal vitamins immediately. You should have already been taking them. As far as the ultrasound goes, it could be to early to see much of anything other than the sac right now. You should be able to see something around 6-7 weeks of gestation, but it will still be small.

Yes, you are still pregnant.  It just means the fetus is to small to see on the ultrasound. From the dates you shared you are only 2-3 weeks pregnant. Alot of the times you wont see the fetus on the ultra sound or hear the heart beat until after 6+ weeks. Start taking your prenatals right away.

You should start taking prenatal vitamins now.  Sometimes when they do an ultrasound early they see a sac but no baby, I guess the baby is not big enough or developed enough to see yet.  I think the chances are pretty high you are still pregnant.  Good luck!
