At the end of the day only you can decide what is best for you and your baby. I can tell you That I don't slept great anymore and i used to sleep ALL THE TIME. If they gave out awards for best sleeper I would get a grammy. But I keep reminding myself that it's still more sleep than I'll get once the baby is here, so in many ways it is practice for my new life ahead of me.
When i looked in comparison zofran for example is class b by fda. Ambien shows class c basically not ruled out as a pregnancy risk. I'm just worried because i don't want to take something potentially harmful but...not getting i good night's sleep for weeks plays a big part in how crappy i feel.
I have not. And to be honest I don't want to take any kind of medication. However, I would give anything to take something that would give me a solid deep sleep again. I'm sure if your doctor prescribed it, the benefits outweigh any risks. Do some research on your own and make your own call to continue taking it or not.
