Has anyone had anxiety before and during pregnancy? If so what was your treatment like?
I was on lexapro before being pregnant along with metoprolol for high heart rate. They took me off everything cold turkey. I was pissed because they didn't replace it with something safe. I was fine for a month without anything but now my anxiety is increasing. I'm 9 weeks
Yes I do. I get it really bad when a place is really packed with people. I start to shake and I lose my breath I feel like I'm suffoicating. I have to have my inhaler with me everywhere I go. And my doctor gave me some meds that's safe for the baby. It really ***** that I have it though but I have always had it even before I was pregnant. But since I got pregnant my depression came back and the anixty got worse. Thanks to hormones! Lol. Have you talked to your doctor about it?
