any help?

i've been constantly sneezing and having a stuffed up nose, no sore throat or anyhing else, for 3 days now. i am 23wks now. i tried to put up with it but i can't sleep. the pharmacist said the only thing i am allowed is Polaramine (antihistamine) tablets.
upside= i can actually take it cause theyre tiny as and i cant normally swallow normal size tablets at all...
downside = they make people drowsy..and i get drowsy as hell off them but need to be alert to do daily things..

you ladies have any other remedies to relieve congestion\ hayfever??

Try drinking a hot lemon and honey.  Just sit and take deep breaths of it.  Once its cooled down drink it. Works for me. Hope you feel better soon x

Same here. Allergy season is a mother...plus pregnant sinuses don't help. Humidifiers can help while you're at home if you have one. I know taking a shower helps. It loosens up your sinuses.

Call your Doctor and ask him/her if you can take claritin non drowsy... I've read a few articles that say you can. I take benadryl, even though it makes me super sleepy... Good luck!
