any thing that may help

I'm back to work and 27 weeks along,  I stand on my feet 8hrs straight in steel toe boots and lately my feet are killing me.  Its almost to the point where I can't walk by the time my shift ends. Any suggestions to help with pain or anything would be appreciated

I wish there was but i work in a steel factory.  My doctor tried writing a work note to include desk like work or something similar to where I could sit down every once in awhile.  My work called my doctor and said that they can not accommodate it and thatthe note had to be rewritten, so the doctor just put no lifting over 10lbs

I was reading that you shouldn't be standing more than 4 hours a day past your 20th week. Its stressful on your body. Is there any way you can get office work?

Soak your feet in warm water when you get home. Try and take little breaks, even if its just 2 minutes of sitting. I don't know how you do it! I'm also 27 weeks I could never stand all! Your one strong girl!

Buy the gel inserts and try laying down as soon as you get home

Try giving yourself a quick foot rub with a soothing type of lotion.
