anybody use the mobile app?

ever since I updated it, I.can't see the weeks section..it takes me to a.website that says file cant be found anybody else hahavin this issue??

Hi everyone -

We found the issues with the weeks, and hope to have it fixed by the end of the week. In the meantime, here is a workaround for you:

In the meantime for users using Android devices, the following steps should be a workaround that our engineers gave us:

1. When they see this issue, click on home button to close the app.
2. Now close the app from recent apps or go to settings and force close the I'm Expecting application.
3. Then come back to the I'm Expecting app and without opening the week by week page, go to forums/Q&A page and logout of medhelp. [That will not log them out of the trackers within the app.]
4. Now go to weekly content and they should be able to read the content.

I had the same issue. I went and uninstalled then reinstalled the app and it seems to be working fine now.

If you can, hang on. We hope to have this fixed soon.

If you do decide to delete and reinstall, please make sure all your app info that you've entered has synced before deleting the app.

I took it off put it back on there it started back working now it is messed up again.

You just gotta uninstalled it and re install it back just remember your log in it worked for me:)

OK so that's something new - you can see the weeks logged out, but not in?

Can you all tap on Settings in the app, then Support, and send us an email and let us know that you are experiencing this issue, and that I asked you to email. When it asks to send data, choose yes, so we can check where the issue is exactly.

When you're logged in it won't let you see the weeks. Log out to look at the weeks. That's how it works for me. It's crazy.

Yep! Same here! So annoying! I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it worked once, and now it's right back to messing up. They need to fix this! It makes me sad!!
