anyone else get so restless at night? my legs!!

I'm 25 weeks and I work all day long. When I get home I am so tired but when I lay down and try to fall asleep my body will not let me! My legs are the worst. They get so fidgety and I just can't stay still to fall asleep. It's so frustrating. Only thing that helps is when my bf rubs them for a little but it's getting to be a nightly thing.. :(

Well bananas don't help really, I eat then a lot but I still have restless feet at nights. Also my iron level is low, I'm taking iron pills over a month now but my legs are still living their own life:/

I'm like that too! I'm 22 weeks with twins. My doctor told me that it could be im low on iron so he had me start taking an iron supplement along with my regular prenatal. I've also heard eating a banana a day helps but I don't like bananas so I haven't tried that one haha. Hope this helps!
