Dry ginger ale, vegetable stock. (Just heat it up and sip it), green apples, if you have Granny Smith apples, tthey're really good at cutting back nausea. If it's heartburn, go see your doctor, since the acid from the apple, and the bubbles from the ale can aggravate the heartburn. :(
