approx. 5 weeks pregnant and freaking out!

I am approx. 5 weeks pregnant and am experiencing dull lower back discomfort, light to strong cramps and last night had a pinkish discharge with a red spot. Am I experiencing a miscarriage or is this implantation bleeding? I did go for a blood test yesterday (Beta HCG all values and Progesterone), but am waiting for the test results.
I had a miscarriage last year June, but this was the same time as having a tumor (not malignant) on my left ovary. The tumor was removed and I also had a D&C.

If You are in pain or experiencing pain I would go to a hospital, While it can be normal it is not always and not a risk You would want to take I am sure

congratulations!
back ache and cramps are completely normal during early pregnancy due to stretching of uterus etc, i had really bad pains for the first 4 or 5 months they came everytime i was meant to get my period!
likewise spotting is also common however i would suggest getting an appointment with the doc so u can be checked over given ur past experience.
