aweful cramps after intercourse..
I'm 21 weeks along and every time after intercourse I have awful cramps if I lay on my back the pain subsides but I literally can't walk without hunching over! Any idea why this is happening or if its even normal?
Oh thank goodness! Still ***** tho. Its like everything that makes ya happy is impossible! Lol except eating. Even that with the heartburn tho! Lol grrrr
Im 20 weeks and experience the same exact thing. Sometimes I get sharp twinges too. I guess its normal. I usually have to lay down and it goes away
When you have sex the muscles in your abdomen tighten and cause cramping, happens to me every single time. Just lay down and gently massage your stomach after, should help.
