bad lower stomach pain

my periods r due in just over 1 wk and i have been tryin for a baby for months but this month i have had a sore stomach for the past 3-4 days its very low down and i am some time feelin sick. I sometime get small aches in stomache around 10 days b4 i'm due but NOT this bad and NOT this long and it seems 2 b moving from side 2 side (left 2 right) plz does any1 have any ideas as 2 what is wrong am i pregnant or is it 2 soon 2 tell?

You may want to wait to see if you miss your period, I didn't have pains but I know some women who did...Some tests can be done up to five days before your period, but best to wait until you miss it. Good Luck!
