If you ate something bad or got food poisoning it would give you terrible stomach pains and liquid bowels :/

Plus you may be having braxton hicks on top of all of this making it worse.

I have the same problem off and on I'm 21 weeks try eating stuff thats easy on the stomach like fruit or a piece of Tost then try more filling food. My guess is its from all the pressure from the baby and gas in side that we can't always notice. I wouldn't worry to much hun :) if this doesn't help you can always call your doctor to get piece of mind I do all the time! Lol

Have you tried drinking milk to ease the pain? Did you eat something crunchy a couple days ago? Is baby having a growth spurt? I had really bad stomach pains months ago and it turned out that I had eaten something hard and crunchy, didn't chew properly, and it nicked the inside of my stomach. Its highly unlikely that is the cause for you, but its the only random stomach pain I have had during my pregnancy. Another thing I'm thinking is that it could be your guts shifting around, maybe your stomach is pressing against something that's causing the pain? If it becomes too bad I would call the doc just to tell them, they might tell you its nothing or they might want to see you, good luck!
