I eat alot toooooo..I can't control it..I spend my work money my foodstamos and my wic ..plus my bd money and my mom money also co workers feed me...nut I don't gain weight..I might blow up later on tho
Eat foods high in protein, fiber, and carbs. They will help you keep full longer!
We have healthy and junky foods..but I guess the good thing is that I've mostly been craving veggies and fruit but once those r gone I'm on to the junk. I just can't keep spending $50+ wk on food. I feel bad for my family that I'm spending too much money.
At least you can eat! I'm on iron, and my appetite is nonexistent!
Get lots of healthy food in your house no junk food if it's not there your less likely to eat it
