birthing ball

I'm really thinking of getting one. Any ladies had success with it helping them dilate? Do you think s regular exercise ball would be as effective? I found one for $15 but the birthing balls are like $60

Go get yourself an exercise ball girl!! Bounce on that thing from side to side and/or back and fourth it says it can help dilate and work baby into pelvis area..but yeah I wouldn't get the 60 dollar one it's the same as the 15 dollar one
