I want to buy one but not trying to spend an arm and leg for one. Where can I get an inexpensive one and how soon can I get to bouncing on my ball. I'm 33+5

i got my birthing ball today... I've been on it for most of the day it really takes pressure off my back... got it at walmart for 9 bucks thanks guys

I'm 22 weeks and use it all the time. I do pelvic tilts and rotate and stretches. They have videos on YouTube. Also bouncing and rocking can help get baby is position. I use it to do squats and practice since I'll be squatting to give birth

The big gym balls are the same thing. I bought mine from Walmart for 9$

I didn't buy one. I use the corner of my bed for the time being but I think walmart or meijers would be fairly inexpensive.  M
