bleeding and clots during early pregnancy

Am 4 weeks pregnant...today i had som bleeding and clots...actually i had HPT positive on 27th...and on 29th morning i had som bleeding along with clots...i went to doctor and she did u/s and saw pregnancy(yolk sac) n my uterus....she run some blood tests....my HCG levels r high...but my progestrone level was very low...so doctor ordered me progestrone suppositories last week....and today suddenly i had some blleding along with clots as like last week..
As am hypothyroid,am taking thyroid medications too....and my thyroid level become high wen i testd last week...so doctor orderd me high dosage to continue it everyday...
did anybody faced like me...am so tensd

hi i had a misscarrage on the 1 july so about 8 weeks ago i was ten weeks gone. two weeks ago i had terrible pains ang red blood and quiet large blood clots but only for two days., i had nothing sice but on friday took a pregnancy test and it came positive indicating i was 4-5 weeks.
i went to see my doctor and she sent me for an emergancy scan. at the scan they told me there was a sack with a yolk but it was only 4 weeks in size and there is bleeding around the sack, i have got to go back in ten days for another scan to see whats going on, in the meantime they havent told me what any of this means. i dont understand why i have had the bleeding the clots and the pain and also what the bleeding means around the sack, can anyone help me..........

i agree...clots are not good. there are 2 things i know they may indicate in pregnancy, one is miscarriage and the other is an ectopic pregnancy. not saying you're definitely having one of those...but you do need urgent medical attention to try and find out what's going on.

If you are experiencing bleeding and blood clots, this is not normal.  I think you should go to the emergency room as soon as possible.  I dont mean to scare you, but that does not seem normal, especially the clots.  I know bleeding is sometimes common in woman but not clots.  Hope this helps!!!
