Hi, I'm sorry to hear you are going through this. I have some insight since recently my doctor was concerned I may have an ectopic pregnancy. If I were you, bleeding or not, take one more test. A tricky thing about ectopic pregnancies are that they cause very low hcg levels (what is detected in pregnancy tests) and although pregnancy tests are very sensitive, it's possibly yours weren't high enough to result in a positive. You have the pregnancy symptoms. And with ectopic pregnancies my doctor said the pain is severe, it's not really comparable to moderate cramping.. Anyways, my point is, you could be correct, but I think you should take a test, and if this one comes out positive get to the doctor as soon as you have heavy bleeding, severe pain or passing clots. Hope this helped, and good luck!
