blood with discharge - 35 weeks

I went to the bathroom and after peeing, I wiped and saw a pink tinge then wiped again and there was discharge with blood in it.

Reminder, I got checked today and I am 1 cm dilated and 35+5 weeks pregnant today.

did I lose my mucos plug or should I be worried?

With my second this happened to me as well. After I was checked. The doctor knocked some of my mucus plug loose. With my first I lost my mucus plug over time it just regenerated. Until it all came out the day before I went into labor. When you lose it all you'll know. It's a lot

I've also been having lower back pressure, some cramps in stomach and pressure on my pelvis.
