c-section question.

Im having twins. And my baby girl is breeched and her buts on my cervix so shes blocking my little man to go down so unless she flips within the next month i have to have a c-section. My question is if you get a c-section do they let the dad cut the umbilical cord?

I don't think they will because at the time they are delivering your babies via c section you will be wide open all your inside exposed and that a lot for someone  who normally don't see this on a regular to see he might pass out  that's a risk of him hurting himself the most they might do is hold the babies up so you can see them when they come out or bring them around to you  one of my friends went in with me when I had my c section 12 yrs old stood up to look when she heard the baby cry and almost fainted she was prego herself  she crazy lol  that's the reason why they put a shield up to prevent you from from seeing what going on and not fainting or get ill from what's going on good luck though maybe she will turn and you get the cutting the cord experience you guys want  l my second was a vbac 4 yrs ago and my hubby was to scared to even come over and look and cut the cord I told him this time he not allowed lol  he promise he is going to be more hands on this time we shall see

Yes most dr do allow unless they are in a rush and something is going wrong. I'm sure if you talk with your dr and let them know you do want the dad to cut the cord
