Like someone mention before. It depends on the dctr U have. I've had all my kids Vaginal which I have 3 and 1 on da way. And I feel like it takes about 1 1/2 month for the cuts to heal down and everythng down there to recover. Ur Vaginal either way gets loose cuz our body changes in any ways if thats one of ur concers. On the other side of C-section I never experiense it before but have family friends and girl in here that would rather normal. My sis-law has one bby and he's 8 yrs old and her cut berly got closed because she didnt took good care of herself and the cut was infected and she had to go thru pain all over again. And alot of lucky girls cut heals down right away but the majority dnt. They take a good while. Amd of wat I know They only can have minimum of 3 kids or else the bby or the mom can die. But U should take some classes and compare the differenses and changes between a vaginal birth o a C-Section. Then U can make ur own decision. But Im really afraid of C-section...

Why do you want a c-section? If it's because you're scared of natural birth, then look into education in that subject, like a birthing class, it's a natural, smooth process that should be given a shot unless it's absolutely necessary. If you're worried about it "ruining" your vagina, (which is not true for most women) then you have the overlap of skin that comes with a c-section afterwards in most women with a c-section. If it's because you're close to your due date and sick of being pregnant, you're going to enjoy being in the pain of a major abdominal surgery much, much less than being pregnant. If you're worried about pain, c-section is not the way to go, and I take pain VERY well, I thought my recovery was amazing, barely lasted 2 weeks, and most women don't feel that way about c-sections. It's a long lasting pain. They're cutting through 8 layers of your skin and sewing them each up individually. You're also more likely to need a c-section the 2nd time you have a child, and if you don't like it the first time like you thought you did, you have to go through a bunch of crap to find a doctor that allows a vaginal birth after a c-section, and even then there's a risk of your uterus rupturing. You really need to think about the pros and cons of each, and in almost every case, c-section is worse than a natural birth, and that's coming from someone who had a great c-section experience, and going through it again next week because I can't deliver normally, it should be done only when medically necessary. If you do chose a c-section, I hope you have an easy smooth recovery, I'm going through my 2nd next week and nervous as CRAP going into it. Talk with your doctor about your fears and concerns of each and then make your decision, but make sure you're very educated both ways. Good luck!!

You are crazy, I had a c section 10 weeks ago and I still hurt every single day, I had complications from the section that will possibly last a lifetime.

It was seriously the worst thing I've ever experienced in my life. I had two natural births and I was walking around the same day I had them.

There are a ton of pain control methods that are awesome if that's what you're worried about, I got an epidural with my second child and I didn't feel any pain at all.

I told my dr at 20 weeks that I wanted a c section because of personal reasons. He told me that he advised against it, but it was my choice. I had a c section after I went onto labor at 35 weeks, an had a healthy baby girl. It is your body, your choice. Stand up for yourself and what you know is best for you and your baby.

I didnt have any medical reasons and I requested a c-section and my dr let me choose. Just depends on your dr. All you need to do is talk to your doctor.
