I thought the affects of salive on sperm were mainly regarding low sperm counts and motility?  The saliva did not actual kill the sperm in any significant amount.

It DOES kill some. But not all. So the answer is that yes you can still get pregnant.

Yes you are very much at risk.  Either someone has lied to you or you are naive so lets follow this train thought.

Male birth control  pills would exist if things were that easy so...   If you were unscrupulous and wanted to trick someone to give oral sex and allow sex without a condom how would you do it.?

If you give this thought you may want to get a new boyfriend.

No the sperm don't die from saliva.  You still can get pregnant that way.

no saliva won't kill the sperm in the way you're asking. if he ejaculated in you once or twice you have a very good chance of being pregnant. wait 2 weeks from the last encounter and take an HPT. in the meantime, use condoms. if it comes out positive, get to the doctor asap. if it comes out negative, get to the doctor asap and get on some birth control.
