can this be another miscarriage

Hi i had a missed miscarriage in december of 2010 there was no heart beat at 6 weeks and when i went back at 8 weeks the baby still had no heart beat so i went back at week 12 and the baby had stoped developing i had a dnc that same week after having blood work show th miscarriage. I am now 10 weeks and there is still no heartbeat i have no signs of miscarriage and the baby is measuring the amount of weeks i am. Should i be worried?

if your baby is measuring 10 weeks there should be a heartbeat visible by now on an u/s.... wait about 2 weeks to see if anything has changed......... was the ultrasound a endovaginal ultrasound?
