cant believe I have to ask this lol

But I need something besides crackers and sprite to settle my stomach. I finished both those off last night and still no help. Are cheese-its crackery enough for my stomach??

Toast and fruit was all I could stomach the 1st 10 weeks. Really cold ice water.  Ginger ale is amazing.

That's why i asked first BC in my area the flu and some kind of stomach bug is already going around :/
And morning sickness & flu are two completely different things :p
I wouldnt eat anything solid till your stomach feels better, eat soup And drink a ton of liquid!

I loved eating cheez it's way more than regular saltine crackers when my stomach was upset! I felt it helped me a lot more. They're also more filling I think.
