Saltines are my favorite. But when I run out I just eat some bread
I would suck on half a lemon with salt and would take my morning sickness away
Toast and fruit was all I could stomach the 1st 10 weeks. Really cold ice water. Ginger ale is amazing.
We have one too and I didnt find out til last night that bfs parents both have it. Since he works for the family business he could have brought it home. But my daughter doesnt have it yet thank god. I didnt even think about water! Thank you
That's why i asked first BC in my area the flu and some kind of stomach bug is already going around :/
And morning sickness & flu are two completely different things :p
I wouldnt eat anything solid till your stomach feels better, eat soup And drink a ton of liquid!
Ok thanks ladies. Ill see what we have aroind the house that matches those suggestions.
@babyberry000 idk if its morning sickness or a 24hr bug I caught. But im worried about puking solids back up. Bad experience with pizza last night.
Ginger cookies worked well for me
This is the list of things my ob recommended for morning sickness
*ginger ale *lemon flavored hard candies or wedges *peppermints *Hot water with a squirt of lemon *ICE water *vitamin B6 *papaya enzyme tablets *saltine Crackers *peppermint tea *aloe vera gel tablets *acupressure *Emetrol *raspberry LEAF tea
But the only thing that really worked for me was peppermint tea, and anything lemon that wasn't sweet
Like your having morning sickness?
Have you tried mint tea or ginger cookies? Also ginger ale soda might work better than sprite. Ginger anything usually works great for nuasea.
I loved eating cheez it's way more than regular saltine crackers when my stomach was upset! I felt it helped me a lot more. They're also more filling I think.
